FOGO DE CHÃO, BRAZIL
I have been in Brazil plenty of times, the first time I went there, was like 10 years ago, and the last time I went there was for the World Cup of 2014.
I went to Säo Paulo, it is very beautiful, with a lot of contrasts, the best part to stay there is a street called Oscar Freire, with the best high end stores and restaurants in the world, I also recommend you to stay in that area, I stayed in a hotel called Mercure Saö Paulo Jardins hotel ( 4 stars).
One of my favorite things to do there, is going to a Brazilian churrascaria, (Brazilian steakhouse), where they have the rodizio system, which is an “all you can eat meat experience”. A server comes to your table with different kinds of meat cuts like (skirt steak, Picanha, chicken, lamb, sirloin etc) , there is usually a buffet of salads, and they bring you to your table, fried bananas, cheese bread, and Feijoada (traditional Brazilian beans with pork meat), really delicious, OMG ! I’m hungry now.
There are many Brazilian churrascarias all over SÄO PAULO, but the best one is called Fogo De Chão, it is also, an international franchise, you can find this restaurant all over United States, and Mexico, but the original one is in Brazil.
In Säo Paulo, you can find really cool malls, like JK Iguatemi, where you can find a Gucci Museum, it has the best shops, and a lot of restaurants.
Definitely the coolest and most beautiful part of Brazil is Rio de Janeiro, OMG, it is outstanding, I stayed in the hotel Copacabana Palace, the best one in Rio, and I was really lucky because model Gisele Bündchen was staying there, and I saw her in the lobby, I said Hi, she answered back, really nice girl. I took a helicopter ride through all Rio and got the most amazing views.
Visiting Christ Redeemer, is a must. Take cool pictures there, they will be memorable.
In Rio, I went to the best churrascaria, called Mario´s, this one is special, because it has two sides, all you can eat meat, and all you can eat seafood ( so you can have a little “surf ‘n turf” experience) and it is decorated, like a pirate ship, really cool.
I have been to other parts of Brazil, like Brusque which is a small town, really nice, but nothing beats Rio.
Go to Brazil, try a delicious cocktail called Caipiriña and go to a churrascaria in my honor !
